- Refunds are only applicable for unused services. If a service has been started or delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
Digital Marketing Services
- Refunds for digital marketing services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If a campaign has been initiated or any work has been performed, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
E-commerce Development and Website Design
- Refunds for e-commerce development and website design services will be considered if requested before the project completion.
- Once the final deliverables have been provided, refunds will not be issued.
Custom Software Development
- Refunds for custom software development projects will be considered if the project is cancelled before significant development work has been initiated.
- Partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed if a project is cancelled after development has started.
